Iris isn't working for me. What do I do?
First, try sending Iris another message to confirm if she’s still unresponsive. Then, send us a screenshot, your phone number, and whether you’re on Android or iOS. We’ll take it from there and get things working smoothly for you.
The AI art Iris creates has spelling errors.
AI art is still learning, and while it’s amazing at visuals, it can sometimes struggle with spelling in graphics. This is a known limitation, but the tech is improving fast. In the meantime, these images can still serve as creative inspiration—you can always add your own text or give it another try for better results!
I’ve paid, but Iris is still telling me to subscribe.
This usually happens if you’re texting Iris from a different number than the one you signed up with. Double-check that you’re using the same number. If you're using the same number you signed up with, please contact us!
Also, if you’re on iPhone, make sure iMessage is set to send from your phone number, not your email: Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > Start new conversations from your phone number.
Lastly, it’s worth checking that your payment went through. If your payment failed for some reason, your access may have changed. You can manage your subscription at this link.
